How it works
Once you've selected the package that is right for you then drop us an email or give us a call and we will get your account set up straight away! If you would like us to tailor a package to suit your needs then get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and we can take it from there. If you are unsure, have any questions or need some help, please feel free to get in touch as we are here to help.
Your account will usually be set up within 5 days or less, even if you are switching accountant.
We will send you all the relevant documentation and confirm your identity.
You then pay the agreed monthly fee and we start working for you and your dedicated account mananger will get in touch and be available by email when needed.
If an accounting software package is needed to start recording your transactions we will work on setting this up with you so you can start uploading your invoices, receipts and bank statements to reconcile on a regular basis.
If you are using our bookkeeping package then we will process the documents into the accounts for you and fully reconcile them once they have been uploaded or emailed to us.
You have complete control and can upload invoices and documents anytime of the day or night at a time that suits you. Your accounts can be viewed 24/7 and is one of the many advanatages of using our online accountancy and bookkeeping services.
Following the end of your financial year end, we will use the information in your accounting software to complete your accounts and tax return depending on the business type. We will then give you time to review them and ask any questions before we submit them for you.
