Companies House important information. To enable us to file your company accounts and annual confirmation statements electronically with Companies House we need to have your consent. By completing this form it will allow us to submit and authenticates the electronic submission of these documents replacing the need for signatures on paper documents.

This is a 6 digit alphanumeric code issued by Companies House and sent to the companies registered office address when the company was first incorporated, enabling the submission of annual returns for your company. It is the electronic equivant of a company officer's signature.

Note: If you cannot find your authentication code then you can request for a new one to be sent out to you from the Companies House Webfiling service (click the link to take you to the external site). If you have forgotton your password to your Webfiling account then you can simply request for it to be sent out via email. Once you have it, let us know and we can request the authentication code for you if needed.
