We offer a premium service to all our clients and when you start out in business, it is very important from the outset to have a system in place to record and process all of your transactions so that they don't build up and become unmanageable, as every business is required to keep proper records of their income and expenditure.

If you need support setting up your initial accounting software to record your transactions we provide this service free of charge to all clients.

Here at Hall Hemeril & Co we can offer a comprehensive bookkeeping package which clients have found invaluable when combined with one of our accoutning packages, as we record the transactions that are then used to submit your final accounts and calculate your Corporation Tax with HMRC.

The year end accounts are based on accurate bookkeeping records throughout the year. Some business owners try to keep on top of the books as well as growing the business thinking they are saving money, but ultimately it costs more money when it comes to yearly accounting fees for inaccurate and not up to date accounting records, thus incurring in most cases - higher fees.

Our outsourced service is a very cost effect way of completing your obligations without recruiting and paying for a fulltime bookkeeper.

How it works

Email your accounts paperwork (invoices etc) to us or simply upload your files to a secure location we will provide you with and we will take care of the rest.

Your dedicated bookkeeper will log into your current accounting software or we can set you up with a software package suited to your business from the array of software available.

Your bookkeeper imports your business transactions and gets to work on your books. If they need anything from you, they will get in touch.

We work with all the leading accounting software packages available but if you prefer to manage your affairs offline on spreadsheets, then we can still work with you.

Your transactions will be fully reconciled each month and correctly assigned to your accounts so they will be ready for your VAT return submissions and at year end, for the annual account preparation and tax filings.

You take a back seat whist having full visability of your books using us as your bookkeeper.

You receive ongoing monthly support from your own specialist bookkeeper who can be contacted by email and phone if you have any questions.

You receive one on one support as and when you need it, and we respond to emails and calls in no later than one business day at the very latest.
